Dave Chong

Chief Executive Officer

Dave founded DJC System in 2017 to solve a problem in his own property sales team: getting incoming leads to the right agent, fast. He has been building the platform from the front line ever since, and leads product, strategy, and the AI Odyssey training programme. His background spans entrepreneurship, business leadership, and software development, which is why DJC is built around how businesses actually work.

Programmer

YK builds the workflow and automation engine behind DJC: the sequences, bookings, and integrations that run without anyone watching. At AI Odyssey he is on the floor, fixing builds live while people watch. If something has to run at 3am and still be right, it is usually his code.

Programmer

XY works on broadcasts, landing pages, and the no-code builders that let a business launch a campaign or a page without waiting for a developer. He is fast, careful, and quietly allergic to unnecessary clicks, which is why the builders feel the way they do.

Programmer

Terence builds the AI assistant, appointment booking, and follow-up sequence features. He designs the conversations customers actually have with a business, then makes sure the AI holds up its end of them. He also teaches those modules at AI Odyssey.

Programmer

Wayne looks after the foundations of the platform: performance, reliability, and the connections between DJC and the tools businesses already use. Most of his work is invisible when it is done well, which is exactly how he likes it.

Jacky works on the DJC web app: the inbox, the dashboards, and the builders people spend their day in. He cares about the half-second between a click and a result, and he keeps shaving it down.

Business Development

Everlynn helps new customers map their sales process onto DJC, from the first demo to a live workspace. She is usually the first voice a business hears from us, and she stays close until the first automation is running.

Kelvin

Business Development

Kelvin works with property agencies and sales teams to design lead flows that fit the way they already sell, rather than the other way round. He then stays with them through onboarding so the plan on paper becomes the plan in the workspace.

KC builds partnerships and reseller relationships, helping agencies and consultants package DJC into offerings of their own. If you met DJC through a partner, there is a fair chance KC set that up.

Business Development

Wayne Ho supports growing businesses through their first months on the platform, turning early questions into working automations and making sure nobody gets stuck between the demo and the results.

Yun Tung hosts AI Odyssey cohorts and DJC events, from registrations and reminders to welcoming everyone into the room on the day. If a Saturday cohort feels effortless, she planned it weeks earlier and greeted every participant by name.

Abigail represents DJC to business owners and communities, introducing the platform and helping people picture what it would look like in their own working day. She makes the first conversation easy, then connects each business with the right person on the team.

Serene represents DJC in the community and follows every enquiry through to an answer, whether it comes from an event, a referral, or a message at 11pm. Calm, organised, and very hard to surprise.

Celine keeps in touch with customers and partners after they join, checking in, gathering feedback, and passing it straight to the team. She is the reason many customers say DJC feels like people rather than software.

Sophie keeps the company running: accounts, subscriptions, invoices, and the hundred small details that make everything else possible. When the numbers are right, it is because Sophie made them right.

Chloe creates DJC's content and campaigns using the same AI tools we teach at AI Odyssey. As a creator in her own right, she has taken a single run of AI-assisted content to 180k views in a matter of days, and she brings that instinct to everything DJC publishes.

Tabby runs DJC's campaigns and social channels and shapes the visuals that make the brand recognisable, from event creatives to product launches. She works closely with the product team so that what we say matches what we ship.
