Choose how present the AI should be
Turn on AI for a group from the chat menu in the inbox. Let it answer every message in a small support group, or switch on Reply on Tag so it stays quiet until a member @mentions your number.
A conversation, not a single answer
When a member tags it, the assistant answers and keeps following that member's next messages for a short while, so a follow-up question needs no second tag. It reads the recent group history with each member's name, so its answers fit the conversation around them.
Your team stays in charge
Pause the AI in one group, or pause everything, from the same menu. Your account is notified when someone tags your number, whether or not the AI is on. In Agentic AI mode, choose which members the agent replies to; the rest of the group is still read for context.

Setup & availability
Group AI is part of the Corporate plan and works on WhatsApp numbers connected by QR pairing. Member whitelisting requires the Agentic AI add-on.
